In North America, Concept distributes their products via MICROS Inc. The basis for this distribution is the market’s requirement for integrated software. Best-of-breed is no longer the sole requirement, but to provide that all important single guest itinerary. Therefore, for the last 2 years Concept has been developing the necessary integration with the Opera development office in Naples as well as the MICROS POS division in Columbia, Maryland. Following that integration, many contracts have been secured with leading resort and leisure corporations including, Fairmont, Greenbrier, Great Wolf and Canyon Ranch.
Concept cover the whole spectrum of the resort and leisure market, from some of the largest Spas in the world on the Las Vegas strip to some of North America’s premier country, golf, leisure and health clubs.
The products have been developed in conjunction with Micros and Concepts North American clients. The senior development resources of both companies have joined together to develop these versions of the products to meet the demanding and professional North American leisure markets.
Such is the success that Concept has enjoyed in North America we have created our own dedicated implementations and support division within Concept’s corporate office. This team provides assistance for clients in the region, complimenting the Micros support division with people who have many years experience in the Leisure software business.
