Club Care
The product provides a unique member preference module configured by the clubs administration allowing information relevant to the clubs facilities and the membership privileges to be held. The configuration allows the club to design its own member questionnaire and automatically transports data to the relevant staff, providing instructions and follow-ups the staff member should take with the member. Whenever a members card is acknowledged, (either by swipe or database selection), the relevant information from the members profile is made available.
This can cover all areas of the club's facilities, including, the member's preferences in restaurant, locker room, fitness and family activities, even to the point of providing pop up prompts to display a members or (family members) forthcoming birthday or anniversary. Being able to provide this level of service for club member's and guests is what most 5 star clubs are striving to achieve. These service levels not only enable to club to retain its current membership numbers, the level of service will attract new members.
The product manages all the financial aspects of the club, has failsafe invoicing, follow up and aging functionality.
