Opera Activity Scheduler
Concept is a global partner of MICROS Inc. / MICROS-Fidelio. The two companies are actively involved in the development of fully integrated systems allowing hotels and resorts to have a one-stop solution and as a result have released an integrated version of Concept labelled the Opera Activity Scheduler.
With the latest release of the Opera property management system there exists two levels of integration. The first of these is the single profile function where Concept and Opera share customer profiles enabling that all important single itinerary for the guest on check-in. The second is the ability for reservation agents to perform room, golf, spa and leisure reservations from one screen in Opera.
Besides integration to Opera, Concept also provides interfaces to Fidelio versions 6, 7 and 8 for posting charges to room accounts from the Concept POS.
The final piece in the interfacing between Concept and Micros-Fidelio is the MICROS POS to CSS Membership Posting Interface that enables members to charge from Micros to the central Concept M
embership application.
