The Concept spa product has been developed in conjunction with many of the Worlds most successful resort, hotel, and day Spas. The Concept spa product differs to other Spa software, as it has been developed region by region. We consider this is vitally important as Spa, legislation, taxation, and general operation is different throughout continents and in some cases countries within these continents.
The Spa product also has the unique advantage that it is available with a very comprehensive Leisure booking and management product. This integration is necessary in today’s resort business as it is usual for a resort to have other activities available in addition to the Spa. Being able to manage them all (including golf) on one system is a real asset to a resort.
