Concept's major partner is MICROS Inc / Micros Fidelio. This partnership covers both marketing and technology. MICROS (and its associated dealers) is the company's exclusive distributor in many parts of the World, selling, installing and supporting Concept products.
Of the 1,600 products CSS have installed, over 50% are supported directly by MICROS or it's subsidiaries. The two companies are actively involved in the development of integrated systems allowing hotels and resorts to have a one-stop booking service for all facilities at the hotel or resort.
