The Concept member zone is perhaps the most advanced of its kind on the market today. The Member Zone can be fully integrated into a property’s website and offers a range of interactive services between club and member via interfaces to the Concept Software.
Members' access the member zone using their unique pin number, where they are able to access the following functionality:
Make online reservations in (or out of - configurable) members' times - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reservations can include any facility that is bookable on a Concept reservation system. Including golf, health club, and Spa (requires Concepts Online booking Engines)
- View their membership accounts, including being able to view any individual bill or debit, where a member has family or business accounts, these can be handled separately and viewed in the same manner
- View and edit a profile, and to make the club aware of the likes, dislikes and preferences using a unique on line form. Plus the members Zone contains an internal system that directs the members communication to the appropriate club personnel or management.
