1992 The Concept company is formed following the commissioning by a new resort in Portugal, Pinheiros Altos.

 

1994 Concept deliver a Microsoft windows based golf course management system.

 

1995 Vale do Lobo a major golf resort in Portugal purchases the Concept golf management system.

 

1996 Vilamoura the largest golf resort in Portugal replace Baron Systems with the Concept golf management system.

 

1999 Concept golf management system installs in Portugal totals 33.

 

2000 Concept start marketing the Concept golf management system in Spain with 7 major installs on the Costa del Sol including Marbella CC and Valderamma.

  

2000 Concept are selected by Micros UK to supply the Concept golf management system  to Micros clients in the UK.

 

2001 Concept and Micros are commissioned by Marriot UK to develop an integrated golf, Spa and membership system.

 

2003 Concept deliver the finished product to Marriot and rolls out to 48 Marriot sites throughout the UK and Ireland.

 

2005 Concept and Micros USA make a contract for Micros to distribute Concept products in North America and other parts of the world.

 

2005 Concept commence marketing in Asia.

 

2005 Concept are commissioned to develop a town and country club system by the Aberdeen Marina Club in Hong Kong, one of the largest and prestigious clubs in Asia.

 

2007 Concept have contracts with many major Asia resort and Leisure corporations, including ; Peninsula, Shangrila, Six senses.

 

2008 Concept have over 1,600 installations in 47 different countries.

Concept recently announced that they have commenced the development of a series of web based leisure products.



Concept will continue to partner Micros in further integration of leisure products into the Micros hospitality line.



The company has recently moved management staff to Asia and will aggressively Market leisure products in all Asian countries.
